We have two basic home purchase options.

1. Purchase - we're very flexible and you can purchase a home with a traditional bank financing option.  Just make an offer and we'll help you meet your mortgage company's requirements.

2. Rent to Own - we have a simple Rent to Own program.  You simply participate in our rent to own program while you improve your credit score.  You decide if you want to purchase the home.  Improving your credit score may allow you to obtain a lower interest rate.  The bottom line: it'll lower your monthly payments.

3. Trade Your Home - if you have a large equity on your property, you can trade your home in for another home.  Chances are if you sell your home through the traditional real estate agents, it will cost you about 6% commision plus about 3% closing costs.  This option may save you thousands of dollars. With this option -you trade your old home toward the price of the new home. This option saves you time and head ache of making monthly payments while you wait for your old home to sell.

4. Rent - we also have rental properties.  Our goal is to keep the property rented for a long time and if you're a long term renter, this option may be for you.
